This page contains all the pending problems and all the solutions to common questions
about installing and using the Mikey programs. If you experience some problems and/or a

- Mikey Player 3.0
- Error loading file (updated 24/12/97)
Some systems report an "Error loding file": it's a system message, with no
informations about the file that causd the error. The error has been identified somewhere
in OLE server and/or DLL version misconfiguration
If this problem happens to your system you coul try:
- Update to Mikey Player 98: uninstall the 3.0 then install
Player98. The new program uses a newer installation and newer libraries.
- Reinstal internet Explorer 4.0 as this has been reporterd as a workaround by some users.
